Check the stated process

Review the brief for response dates and contact preferences. If it says only selected applicants will hear back, take that into account before writing. Look for an earlier reply or delivery issue. Do not assume silence means your file was lost or that a decision has been made.

Write one focused message

Reference the project, your name and the date of submission. Ask a specific question, such as whether additional requested material is needed. Avoid resending a large package without a reason. Keep the tone factual and give the recipient room to respond through their normal process.

Keep the material consistent

Use the same checked VIPCasting portfolio version unless you are explaining an update. Confirm that any shared presentation remains accessible for the agreed review period. Note the follow-up in your records so you do not contact the same team repeatedly by accident.
