Separate requirements from context
Mark the role, requested scene, photo types, language, framing and delivery instructions. Treat background information about the campaign as context, not automatically as a request for extra material. If a requirement is ambiguous, copy its wording into your questions.
Turn the brief into actions
Create a short list with one action per deliverable: select a current headshot, rehearse the specified scene, record an introduction, export the portfolio. Put the deadline and file destination at the top. Leave time to upload and check access before the deadline.
Compare the finished submission
VIPCasting Brief Simulator can help organise a production plan. Keep the original casting instructions as the authority and use the generated plan as your working checklist. Before sending, compare every requested item with the files you actually prepared.
