Check relevance and completeness
Use photographs that still represent your appearance. Include the requested scene rather than only a general reel. Tick off each required item individually. Extra photos do not compensate for a missing full-body image or an introduction recorded in the wrong language.
Check names and access
Replace vague file names with your professional name and the material type. Open shared links from a suitable separate viewing context before sending. Confirm any required PIN is communicated to the recipient. Avoid changing access settings halfway through the review period without telling them.
Check the exported output
Open the VIPCasting PDF, look at each crop and play recordings with sound. Casting Pack can organise available materials, but the recipient’s instructions decide whether a ZIP is appropriate. Schedule a final review after exporting, not only before it.
