Follow the actual brief first
Check the requested photographs, formats, delivery method and deadline. An agency may want individual files rather than an archive. Use Brief Simulator to record the project, audience and deliverables in a production-plan PDF. Do not add unrelated material just because you have it.
Build a clear package
Choose your strongest relevant photographs and generate a current portfolio PDF. Casting Pack bundles available photos and portfolio with readable filenames, profile information, a manifest and README. Preview what will be included and remove contact details you do not intend to send.
Understand the certificate
The export certificate records the output and SHA-256 file hashes. It can help identify whether files have changed; it does not prove copyright ownership or identity. Before sending a ZIP, open it yourself, check that the files work and confirm that the recipient accepts archives.
