Make a one-page plan
Write down the project, submission deadline, location or remote format, requested materials and a contact person. Highlight anything unclear. Ask a specific question before recording, rather than guessing about a required scene or photo. Keep the actual brief beside your preparation list.
Rehearse the small things
Practise saying your name and giving the requested introduction without rushing. Check how you will get there and when you need to leave. For a remote submission, record a short camera and sound test. Prepare one backup way to access your files.
Finish with a material check
Use VIPCasting Readiness Coach to identify missing portfolio items, then compare its suggestions with this particular brief. Open the final PDF and watch the video once before sending. A complete checklist helps organisation; it cannot predict the casting decision.
