Identify the situation

Write down who you are in the scene, what you are doing and who you are speaking to. Separate that from assumptions about how an advertisement should look. Follow requested actions and dialogue. Ask before introducing a prop or extra line that changes the brief.

Practise readable small actions

Test a simple entrance, reaction or product-handling action if it is requested. Keep the movement visible and the words clear. Avoid exaggerating every smile or gesture just because the project is commercial. Watch whether the intended situation is understandable without your explanation.

Send a relevant selection

Use VIPCasting to combine current photos and the requested introduction or performance. Keep unrelated dramatic or lifestyle work out of the main submission unless asked for it. Review the files against the brief and keep the presentation concise enough for a quick first viewing.
