Choose the requested excerpt
Follow any specified song, language, accompaniment and duration. If the choice is open, select a piece you can perform comfortably and that fits the opportunity. Prepare the starting point and ending deliberately. Label a practice excerpt accurately rather than presenting it as a finished release.
Test singing rather than speech
Record the loudest part of the excerpt to check distortion and the quietest part to check audibility. Balance accompaniment so it does not obscure your voice. Keep the recording environment consistent and avoid processing that makes it difficult to understand your natural performance.
Check the saved sample
Use VIPCasting Video Studio for a video submission when the brief permits it. Review the full saved recording, not only the preview. Add a short accurate bio to your portfolio and identify the excerpt. Send audio-only material separately when that is what the casting requests.
