Choose a short preparation sequence

Read the brief, practise the requested introduction and test the recording setup or travel plan. Keep the sequence short enough to repeat. Focus on actions you can complete rather than trying to feel perfectly ready. Allow a pause before the actual recording or meeting.

Use a stopping point

Decide when your materials meet the requirements and stop making unrelated changes. Keep one checklist beside you instead of reopening every old note. If a rehearsal reveals a specific problem, fix it and test again. An undefined demand for perfection is not a useful preparation instruction.

Make the next action visible

Use VIPCasting Readiness Coach to find a practical missing item, then adapt that suggestion to the casting brief. Open the final output, check it once and record that preparation is complete. Treat this routine as an organisational aid, not a promise of confidence or selection.
