Define what a usable take needs
Write down the requested scene, framing and delivery format. Add practical checks for intelligible sound, complete lines and a readable performance. Separate these requirements from personal preferences. A tiny movement you dislike may matter less than a take that communicates the scene clearly.
Compare a small shortlist
Watch a few promising recordings instead of repeatedly revisiting everything. Note one strength and one concrete issue for each. Rerecord only when you can name the change you want to make. Otherwise choose the strongest available take and allow time for export and delivery.
Review the final file once
Open the saved VIPCasting recording and check its start, sound and finish. Confirm that the selected take is the one attached or linked in your submission. Keep your practice recordings separate so you do not accidentally send a rehearsal or alternate version.
